Are you scrolling more than healing? More than feeding your creativity? According to Northwestern Medicine, people in the U.S. watch an average of 21 hours of streamed digital media each week, about 3 hours a day. If you can pour into social media or Netflix, can’t you pour into yourself?

I asked myself the same question. I used to post 3 to 5 times a day for a harmful white man’s app. Surely, I can show up for myself and my assignment without an algorithm running the show. Surely, I can show up for you all once a day on my own damn community.
